Tehillim Outlined

Tehillim Outlined is a series dedicated to uncovering the depth, structure, and inner flow of Sefer Tehillim. Through the lens of the Rishonim and Acharonim, each episode breaks down the perakim, themes, and individual pesukim, showing how the words of David HaMelech and the other authors of Tehillim form a living conversation with Hashem.

More than a study of text, Tehillim Outlined is an invitation to enter the emotional and spiritual world of Tehillim. By understanding the structure and meaning of the mizmorim, we can begin to internalize their message, providing a framework to shape the way we think, feel, and live.

At its heart, this series explores how Tehillim is not only a sefer to be recited, but a sefer that can change us — and through us, the world around us.
