Rabbi Micah Segelman learned in Yeshiva Chofetz Chaim (Rochester and Queens), and received a PhD in Health Services Research and Policy from the University of Rochester.
Rabbi Segelman, together with his family, lives in Silver Spring, MD, where he works as a health policy researcher and learns and teaches Torah. He has published Torah articles in Hakirah and the Journal of Halacha and Contemporary Society.
